Hello my beautiful lovelies! As we delve into Day 17 of our “Awaken Your Inner Goddess in 30 Days” course, we’re about to sprinkle some extra unicorn sparkle farts into our journey.

This week is all about blending a dash of integration and exploration. We’re getting cozy with all the rituals that I have been teaching you to keep us on our toes.

Let’s have a quick recap of the rituals I’ve guided you through so far:

1. Dawn Meditation: Starting our day with a bit of calm and a bucketful of intention. It’s like a warm hug from the universe. Spend those first 10 minutes each morning with my guided meditation to ground yourself and quieten your mind.

2. Sacred Bathing Ritual: This is an everyday must! Showering or bathing not only cleanses your body but also washes away negativity, freshens you up, and wakes you up. Perfect for affirming your greatness amidst the steam and bubbles.

3. Embrace Nature: Dedicate a slice of your day to being outdoors, soaking in nature’s energy. If you’re stuck indoors, just a breeze from an open window can do wonders to connect you with the great outdoors.

4. Meditative Artistry: Grab that morning cuppa and let your pen dance across the page for 10 minutes. No phones, no distractions, just you and your creativity flowing freely.

5. Speed Cleaning: Just 10 minutes a day can transform a space! Tidy an area of your home and watch how it brings clarity not just to your surroundings but to your mind too.

6. Joyful Movement: Whether it’s swaying to the rhythm while cooking dinner or having a mini dance party, make sure you move that gorgeous body of yours for at least 10 minutes a day.

7. Monthly Self-Love Letter: Once a month, pour your heart into a letter to yourself. Reflect on your beauty, your strength, and your dreams.

8. Weekly Chakra Meditation: Keep your energy centers in check with a weekly chakra meditation, aligning and balancing your inner vibes.

9. Nightly Herbal Tea Ritual: Wind down with a cup of herbal tea each night, prepping your body and mind for a restful sleep.

10. Daily Gratitude Journaling: Every night, jot down three things you’re grateful for. It’s a game-changer, trust me!

11. Affirmations: Daily affirmations in the shower can set a powerful tone for your day. Speak your truth, and the universe listens.

12. Moon Cycle Awareness: Keep an eye on the lunar phases and let the moon guide your energy and intentions.

13. Sensual Movement: Once a week, let your body lead the way in a dance or yoga session, embracing your natural grace and wisdom.

14. Mindful Eating: Dive into the world of mindful eating, savoring every bite as an act of love towards your body.

15. Sacred Fire Ceremony: On the full moon, I share knowledge provided to me for a sacred fire ceremony to release the old and make space for the new, my guide was by the wisdom of our cherished shaman Kim and firekeeper Mike from Essential Balance Healing.

16. Energy Healing Introduction - Explore energy healing techniques Qi Gong to enhance your overall wellbeing. I give you a step by step instructions on what to do, try and do this twice a week to start with.

Mentor inspiration:

For Day 17's theme of Deep Dive into Herbal Wisdom, we turn to the insights of Rosemary Gladstar, a renowned herbalist and educator. Gladstar has been a guiding light in the herbal community, advocating for the wise use of plant medicine and teaching others how to integrate herbs into their daily lives for health and well-being.

Rosemary Gladstar once said,

This quote beautifully encapsulates the essence of Day 17, reminding us of the interconnectedness of personal healing and environmental stewardship. Through her teachings, Gladstar encourages us to explore the vast world of herbal wisdom, inviting us to discover the nurturing and restorative powers herbs offer to both our bodies and the Earth.

Colour Whispers:

For todays exploration theme of Herbal Wisdom, let's reflect that theme in our Color Whispers, outfit, and makeup choices, embracing the hues and essences of nature's healing herbs.

Here's my Suggestions:

- Eyes: I drew inspiration from the vibrant greens of fresh herbs with a green eyeshadow. Blending it outwards for a soft, natural look.

- Lips: Choose a lip color I chose a soft, matte subtle pink.

- Cheeks: A brush of rosemary-inspired blush on the cheeks.

Outfit Colors:

- Top: Embrace the healing tones of herbs with a basil green jumper, symbolizing renewal and growth.

- Bottom: Paired with neutral, earth-toned leggings, imagining them like rich soil nurturing the roots of healing herbs.

- Accessories: I covered myself in botanical-themed accessories, a necklace with a pendant of dried herbs encased in resin, tying my whole look to the theme of herbal wisdom and healing.

Scented Serenades:

Today, as we delve into the rich world of Herbal Wisdom, let’s enhance our learning and integration with a symphony of herbal-inspired scents:

• Peppermint: Invigorating and refreshing, peppermint awakens the senses, perfect for a day of herbal discovery.

• Rosemary: Known for improving memory and concentration, rosemary’s crisp, clean aroma supports our deep dive into herbal knowledge.

• Lavender: With its calming and soothing properties, lavender helps us embrace the healing lessons of herbs with an open heart and mind.

Blending these scents in your space not only brings the outside in but also creates an environment ripe for learning and connecting with the natural world’s wisdom.

Music for the Senses:

For today's theme of Deep Dive into Herbal Wisdom, I chose “Scarborough Fair” by Simon & Garfunkel . The song mentions various herbs such as parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme, resonating with the day’s herbal wisdom theme so I thought, why not... plus it's a cute song.

Todays Theme:

Diving into todays theme, we're opening the chapter on the magical world of herbs and flowers. As we've already gone over herbal teas briefly, it's time to broaden our herbal knowledge. And what better way to do this than with a complimentary gift from our resident expert herbalist, Aurielle!

Aurielle, who you'll find on the holistic page of CelestiCare.me, is not just any herbalist. She's a guardian of green wisdom, blending medical expertise with the healing power of nature.

Today, she's sharing a snippet of her knowledge, guiding us to discover the potent powers of various herbs and flowers.

Let's start with a few favorites:

1. Lavender: Not just for a calming tea, lavender can soothe the mind and promote restful sleep when tucked into your pillow or used in a room spray.

2. Chamomile: Beyond its reputation for relaxation, chamomile can also support digestion and help ease tension headaches.

3. Peppermint: Energizing and refreshing, peppermint is great for mental clarity, soothing an upset stomach, and can even relieve muscle pain when used topically.

4. Rosemary: Known for its ability to enhance memory and concentration, rosemary also brings a boost of energy and is wonderful for hair health when used in rinses or oils.

5. Calendula: Gentle yet powerful, calendula is fantastic for skin health, helping to soothe irritations and heal wounds.

Aurielle encourages us to start simple. Maybe pick an herb that speaks to you and experiment with it in teas, baths, or as a part of your skincare routine. Remember, this journey with herbs is deeply personal and intuitive. It's about finding what resonates with your body and spirit, and allowing nature's bounty to nurture your divine feminine essence.

As we explore, let's keep an open heart and mind, ready to be surprised by the subtle yet profound ways these plants can enhance our wellbeing.

Aurielle Wanted to give you a gift, her personalised spell book to bring for things beautiful into your home. You can access this here.
