Hello my beautiful lovelies! As we delve into Day 15 of our “Awaken Your Inner Goddess in 30 Days” course, we’re about to sprinkle some extra unicorn sparkle farts into our journey.

This week is all about blending a dash of integration and exploration. We’re getting cozy with all the rituals that I have been teaching you to keep us on our toes.

Let’s have a quick recap of the rituals I’ve guided you through so far:

1. Dawn Meditation: Starting our day with a bit of calm and a bucketful of intention. It’s like a warm hug from the universe. Spend those first 10 minutes each morning with my guided meditation to ground yourself and quieten your mind.

2. Sacred Bathing Ritual: This is an everyday must! Showering or bathing not only cleanses your body but also washes away negativity, freshens you up, and wakes you up. Perfect for affirming your greatness amidst the steam and bubbles.

3. Embrace Nature: Dedicate a slice of your day to being outdoors, soaking in nature’s energy. If you’re stuck indoors, just a breeze from an open window can do wonders to connect you with the great outdoors.

4. Meditative Artistry: Grab that morning cuppa and let your pen dance across the page for 10 minutes. No phones, no distractions, just you and your creativity flowing freely.

5. Speed Cleaning: Just 10 minutes a day can transform a space! Tidy an area of your home and watch how it brings clarity not just to your surroundings but to your mind too.

6. Joyful Movement: Whether it’s swaying to the rhythm while cooking dinner or having a mini dance party, make sure you move that gorgeous body of yours for at least 10 minutes a day.

7. Monthly Self-Love Letter: Once a month, pour your heart into a letter to yourself. Reflect on your beauty, your strength, and your dreams.

8. Weekly Chakra Meditation: Keep your energy centers in check with a weekly chakra meditation, aligning and balancing your inner vibes.

9. Nightly Herbal Tea Ritual: Wind down with a cup of herbal tea each night, prepping your body and mind for a restful sleep.

10. Daily Gratitude Journaling: Every night, jot down three things you’re grateful for. It’s a game-changer, trust me!

11. Affirmations: Daily affirmations in the shower can set a powerful tone for your day. Speak your truth, and the universe listens.

12. Moon Cycle Awareness: Keep an eye on the lunar phases and let the moon guide your energy and intentions.

13. Sensual Movement: Once a week, let your body lead the way in a dance or yoga session, embracing your natural grace and wisdom.

14. Mindful Eating: Dive into the world of mindful eating, savoring every bite as an act of love towards your body.

Mentor inspiration:

Mentor Inspiration: Embracing Native Wisdom

Today, as we gather around the theme of sacred fires and release, let’s draw inspiration from the profound wisdom of Native American teachings.

Our mentor for the day is Chief Seattle, a respected leader of the Duwamish and Suquamish tribes, known for his deep connection to the Earth and his eloquent words on the interdependence of all living beings.

Chief Seattle’s perspective reminds us of the sacredness of the land, the water, and the air we share.

He famously said:

This profound statement invites us to reflect on our relationship with nature, to see ourselves as part of a larger, interconnected web of life.

As we engage in our sacred fire ceremony, let’s hold Chief Seattle’s words close to our hearts. Let them guide us in honoring the elements, in making our offerings with humility and gratitude, and in recognizing the sacredness in all forms of life. His wisdom encourages us to walk gently upon the Earth, to respect its cycles and rhythms, just as we seek to understand and honor our own inner cycles and transformations.

In this moment of release and renewal, let Chief Seattle’s teachings remind us of the beauty and responsibility of being part of this magnificent tapestry of existence. May his words inspire us to live in harmony with the natural world, embracing the wisdom of our ancestors and the sacred fires that illuminate our path to awakening our inner goddess.

Color Whispers: Earth and Sky Palette

For today’s sacred fire ceremony, enveloped in the wisdom of native teachings, let’s draw from the rich palette of the Earth and Sky. Envision deep forest greens and vibrant sky blues, colors that ground us in nature’s embrace while lifting our spirits to the vastness above.

Forest green represents the Earth’s lush life, its resilience, and its grounding energy. It reminds us of the dense woods that have witnessed centuries of history, offering us a sense of stability and connection to the land beneath our feet.

Sky blue, on the other hand, embodies the limitless expanse above us, encouraging openness, tranquility, and a boundless sense of freedom. It’s the color of clarity, peace, and the infinite possibilities that lie in the open sky and beyond.

Together, these colors create a harmonious balance, reflecting the unity between Earth and Sky, grounding and aspiration. They inspire us to find equilibrium in our lives, honoring our roots while reaching for our highest selves.

Scented Serenades:

For today's serene bonfire theme, let the rich, earthy aroma of Cedarwood envelop your senses, grounding you in nature's embrace. Complement it with the sacred scent of Sage, known for its purifying and cleansing properties, creating an aromatic sanctuary that connects you to the ancestral wisdom of the fire ceremony. These scents, together, form a bridge between the physical and spiritual, enhancing your sacred fire experience with their natural, harmonizing essence.

Music for the Senses:

For today's sacred fire ceremony theme, let's immerse ourselves in the reverent tones of a traditional Native American chant, "The Earth Is Our Mother." This nursery rhyme-like chant, often sung in gatherings and ceremonies, connects us deeply to Mother Earth and the universe's cycles. Its simple, repetitive melody and profound lyrics honor the nurturing aspect of nature, making it a perfect accompaniment for a full moon ceremony around the sacred fire. As you sit around the fire, let the chant's soothing rhythm guide your thoughts towards gratitude and reverence for the Earth's abundance and beauty. Feel the connection to the land and the community as you join in the melody or listen quietly, allowing the chant to elevate the ceremony's intention of release and renewal. This moment is an invitation to embrace the wisdom of ancient traditions and the healing power of communal song and fire.

Todays Theme: Sacred Fire Full Moon Ceremony

I want to share with you something deeply transformative I’ve experienced, attending sacred fires.

These aren’t just any fires, they are profound ceremonies guided by Kim, our cherished shaman from Essential Balance Healing. You can find more about her and her incredible work on the holistic page of CelestiCare.me.

Each sacred fire is a unique journey, a communion with the elemental force that is Grandfather Fire.

Under Kim & Mike’s guidance, I’ve learned to approach these ceremonies with reverence, understanding the deep respect and rituals that accompany them.

🔥 The Essence of Sacred Fires 🔥

• Fire Keeper: At every ceremony, a dedicated fire keeper tends to the flames, ensuring the fire is maintained respectfully and with intention. This role is vital, reminding us that the fire is not just a physical element but a spiritual guardian. Mike does this at Kim's sacred Fires. He's one of the loveliest men I know. Very knowledgeable and approachable.

• Feminine Connection: Women are encouraged to wear skirts, symbolizing our connection to our femininity and the Earth. It’s a beautiful expression of honoring the divine feminine within and around us.

• Movement and Offerings: Circling the fire clockwise, we move in harmony with the universe’s natural rhythms. We make offerings, traditionally tobacco, as a gesture of gratitude and acknowledgment of the spirits and the natural world supporting us.

• Releasing to the Fire: One of the most powerful aspects is writing down what we wish to release, fears, doubts, negative thoughts, and gently offering these to the fire. Watching them burn, I’ve felt a profound sense of liberation and lightness.

• Silence and Storytelling: Amidst the crackling flames, moments of silence offer space for introspection. Kim often shares stories passed down from elders, connecting us to ancestral wisdom and the shared human experience.

This sacred practice has taught me the true power of release and renewal. It’s about more than just letting go, it’s about transforming those parts of ourselves that no longer serve us, with the help of Grandfather Fire’s purifying energy.

I encourage you to bring some of these practices into your life, even in small ways. Whether it’s lighting a candle with intention or sitting quietly to reflect and let go, these moments can be deeply healing.

This is to be done on a full moon every month. Do this as a ritual.

post your pictures or videos into the Facebook group.

Till tomorrow my beauty...

All my love and unicorn sparkle farts
