Grand Risings, my lovelies, and welcome back to another day of awakening your inner goddess with CelestiCare. Yesterday, we delved into the transformative power of dedicating just 10 minutes a day to cleaning and organizing our space, creating an environment that reflects our inner calm and clarity. And let’s not forget the journey we’ve embarked on from day 1, each step a delicate thread woven into the fabric of our divine femininity.
Reflection:
As we continue to unfold the petals of our being, let’s use the rituals that I have shown you so far:
Dawn Meditation: Greet the dawn with the meditation I’ve created daily, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR RITUALS
Mindful Bathing: Let the water wash away any remnants of doubt or worry. (Remember, it’s not just about cleanliness; it’s a ritual of renewal. Dive into my guide to mindful bathing for tips on making this a sacred part of your day. Many days I just stood in water and not washed myself on days I've struggled to bathe myself, it's ok to feel like this, Just as long as you make the effort. Be gentle with yourself, bathing can difficult if your feeling down on yourself)
Embrace Nature: Commit to connecting with the earth daily. Whether it’s enjoying a quiet moment with your morning tea in the garden or a gentle stroll, remember, nature is our greatest healer.
Creative Silence: Dedicate 10 minutes to drawing or doodling in the tranquil embrace of silence. It’s a moment to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with your inner self.
10 Minute Daily Cleaning: Pick an area, clean it. Before you know it your home will be organized. You will be surprised how much you can get done in 10 minutes, and normally by the time your alarm goes off you're so involved in what you're doing. You normally want to finish the task anyway, but a 10 minutes is a guide. I'm treating this course like I would've done myself when I was a physically debilitated from doing anything due to a depression. Depression and mental health isn't just in the mind it also affects the physical body, making you feel lethargic and zapping your motivation. But guess what?, Guess what I learned after six years of waiting for the motivation to come back... I learnt that motivation comes after the action, so you must always take action first, and then your motivation comes after. Don't be like me and wait around for a motivation feeling to come. It's not going to, no one is going to get up for you, you have to do it for yourself. It starts with you.
Day 6: Nurturing Inner Peace
Mentor Inspiration:
Today, we draw inspiration from Pema Chödrön, whose teachings on mindfulness and embracing life’s challenges guide our journey. I read her audiobook on audible awhile back if you get the chance to, you should read it to, here's the link, what I got most from her book was how to live life with compassion and openness, especially during difficult times.

Color Whispers: Embrace the soothing shades of soft lavender today, reflecting tranquility and gentle strength.
Scented Serenades: In your diffuser, blend Lavender Oil for its calming properties with Cypress Oil to ground and renew your spirit.
Music for the Senses: Let “Trust in the Vision" by Lauren Nikohl guide your day. I can't get enough of this song! It makes me feel so grounded, these words just trickle through me and reminds me I am in control of my own life by my own reactions I choose to make. The words she sung are:
Speak from the heart
And people will listen
Be who you are
You don’t need permission
Earth is improved
Because you are different
Don’t fear what is different
Know your own worth
You’re here for a reason
Complete your mission
Trust in the Vision
This is precisely the path I've chosen—no longer toiling for someone else's gain, but investing in myself. I've decided to dedicate the next two decades, likely the rest of my life given my mid-40s start and the life I've led, to personal growth and fulfillment. When asked about my profession, my response is simple: I invest in myself. My mission is to empower women to become their best selves by leading by example. In the future, my job title will succinctly be "Me," and if that brings financial reward, especially from my music, then all the better.
Currently, I'm navigating through PTSD and not yet ready to venture back into the broader world, but I'm fortunate to have a supportive husband who allows me the space to focus on healing and growth. It's taken significant effort to cultivate this supportive dynamic in our relationship, subtly guiding without diminishing his role.
In my relationship, I see my husband as my King, and I take pride in being his steadfast supporter and cheerleader. This dynamic is something I delve into in my upcoming course "Awaken Your Inner Goddess... After Dark." This course will explore deeper self-exploration and intimacy, aiming to elevate your relationship to new heights. I'll share insights and techniques refined through years with my husband, helping others achieve the same level of comfort and passion we've found in our long-standing union.
I digress...
Activity: Daily Dance Break
Theme: Joyful Movement
For me in the beginning, dancing was difficult. I didn't realise how much I didn't like myself or looking at myself, although I knew I could dance well, when you don't like yourself, you judge yourself heavily and you really are your own worst enemy and critic, nobody can quite kick my ass quite like me, myself and I!
My children helped me overcome this by being silly with them, for them can be silly and dance with confidence.... for myself, no. It was almost like I would not give myself permission to have fun and I would internally feel embarrassed by my own self.
How I overcame this in the beginning:
Close your door, close your curtains, cover your mirrors if you are sensitive to your reflection, I couldn't look at my body for the longest time after I had my children. my once beautiful sculptured voluptuous body was now a saggy Mom body with more lumps and bumps on then an old cobbled Street in an old London Town.
Your Activity:
Begin gently and treat yourself with kindness; remember, we all must start somewhere, and it’s about progress, not perfection. Today, I encourage you to simply stand and sway gently back and forth to the rhythm of a song that resonates with you. If you feel inspired to elevate your movements into dancing, embrace that energy. If swaying is what feels right for today, that’s perfectly fine too. The key here is movement, no matter how minimal.
Why Dance?
• Physical Health: Even a short dance session can increase your heart rate, contributing to cardiovascular health.
• Mental Clarity: Dancing can clear your mind, similar to the effects of meditation, by focusing on the present moment and the joy of movement.
• Emotional Release: It’s a fun way to express emotions, whether you’re feeling joyful, need to release pent-up energy, or transform a mood.
• Creativity Boost: Dancing freely can unlock creative thinking by moving your body in new, spontaneous ways.
• Connection: If you’re comfortable, share this activity with family or friends, or even through a our very own private Facebook group, that nobody other than our girly members can see, feel free to join, to spread the joy and maybe inspire others to join in.
Consider this: without motion, our bodies can become lethargic, and discomfort can set in over time, much like the Tin Man from “The Wizard of Oz” needing his oil can. Our joints are similar, they house synovial fluid that requires movement to maintain its lubricating properties. Think of today’s activity as essential maintenance for your body’s intricate machinery.
This is my dance session, I use music as a form of my expression, I've been doing this for a decade, it took a while to build up this confidence.
Evening Reflection: As the day closes, journal about moments of peace you experienced. How did they make you feel? How can you cultivate more such moments? Feel free to use our Facebook group to write your reflections down every day. I will post in that group prompting you for your evening reflections from now on.
I'll be creating journal sheets that you can print off next week
Each step builds upon the last, reinforcing your path to self-care and empowerment.
Lots of Love and Unicorn Sparkle farts ✨💨
