5. Ten-Minute Tidy: Incorporating a brief decluttering ritual into our daily routine brings harmony to our living spaces, reflecting the inner order and tranquility we strive to maintain within ourselves.

1. Choose a Quiet Space: Find a comfortable and serene spot where you can reflect without distractions. This space should feel safe and inviting, a personal sanctuary for your thoughts.
