Welcome to Day 8 of our transformative journey to Awaken your Inner Goddess. Today, we delve into the realm of chakra balancing, intertwining the wisdom of our past practices with the vibrant energies of our inner selves.

Reflection:

Before we align our chakras, let’s reflect on how the practices so far have enriched our journey. Each practice is a thread in the fabric of our divine femininity and you must incorporate these practices into your daily routine for this course to be as effective as I intended.

1. Chakra Meditation: I'm sharing a new meditation for us, this is focusing on each chakra, bringing balance and harmony as you greet the day. I do this at 6am daily. Guaranteed silence when my kids are in the last stint of a deep sleep.

2. Mindful Bathing: Daily bathing is very important, just to keep us clean but to also wash away negative energy. Visualize the cleansing water balancing each chakra today, washing away doubts and filling you with renewed energy. I jump in the shower at 6:30 every morning just before I wake my little one.

3. Nature’s Embrace: Feel nature’s energy interact with each chakra, grounding you and connecting you to the earth’s vibrant life force. Even if it's for 10 minutes, it's important to get out into nature. I take daily walks to check my mail and walk around the block on days I don't feel up to walking far.

4. Silent Doodling: Spend at least 10 minutes daily silently doodling, deepening your emotional and connection to your higher self. I usually do this while I'm preparing breakfast and waiting for something to cook, perch myself at my breakfast bar and doodle on my notepad about nothing of any importance, it's the silence that matters. The focus. Don't stop moving your pen for 10 minutes.

5. Ten-Minute Tidy: The object of this daily task is to focus on cluttered areas, I do this by tidying the clutter off the stair's, the pile of paperwork that I haven't sorted, the dining room table that needs clearing, tidying a bedroom, a bathroom, this is that opportunity. Do this daily.

6. Joyful Movement: Dance with intention, celebrating the flow of energy through each chakra, even if it's dancing while making dinner, or with your kids, movement is important for the body.

7. Once a month on the 7th day, write a love letter to ourselves, a monthly ritual of self-recognition and appreciation that beautifully complements our daily practices.

Mentor Inspiration:

Today, let’s draw inspiration from the serenity of Thich Nhat Hanh, whose gentle wisdom reminds us:

Ponder on this for a second today, take it in and think about what this quote means. Allow this insight to guide you as you seek balance within your life.

Color Whispers:

Embrace the spectrum of chakra colors today, from the rich red of the Root to the divine violet of the Crown. Let these colors be a visual symphony, each hue a note in the melody of your soul.

Scented Serenades:

Surround yourself with the earthy grounding of Patchouli for the Root Chakra and the divine connection of Frankincense for the Crown. Let these scents guide you through your meditation, each aroma a step on the path to balance.

Music for the Senses:

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of chakra-balancing music or nature’s own symphony. Let the harmonies and rhythms align with your breath, guiding you through each energy center. Today I am listening to "I'm every woman" by Chaka Khan

Activity:

Chakra Balancing Meditation

Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably. Begin with deep, calming breaths, then visualize each chakra, starting from the Root and moving up to the Crown. With each breath, imagine a vibrant light at each chakra, growing brighter and more balanced. Allow yourself to feel the energy flowing freely through you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit.

Why This Practice?

• Harmony: Balancing your chakras brings harmony to all aspects of your being.

• Awareness: It heightens your awareness of the interconnectedness of your physical and spiritual selves.

• Healing: This practice can be deeply healing, releasing blockages and promoting energy flow.

Reflect on the harmony and balance you can bring to your life through this practice.

1. Root Chakra: Located at the base of the spine, in the tailbone area. It’s associated with feelings of security and basic survival needs. This is Red. Begin by grounding yourself, feeling the earth’s support beneath you. It’s your foundation, where you draw strength and stability.

2. Sacral Chakra: Positioned just below the navel, in the lower abdomen. This chakra is linked to creativity, sexual energy, and emotional expression. This is orange. Tap into your creative and emotional flow, embracing your passions and joys with open arms.

3. Solar Plexus Chakra: Found in the upper abdomen, in the stomach area. It’s related to self-confidence, control, and personal power. This is yellow. Ignite your inner fire, the seat of your personal power and confidence, ready to shine brightly.

4. Heart Chakra: Located in the center of the chest, just above the heart. It represents love, compassion, and connection with others. This is green. Open your heart wide, letting love and compassion ripple outwards, touching everyone you meet.

5. Throat Chakra: Positioned at the throat. This chakra is associated with communication, self-expression, and truth. Thus is Blue. Speak your truth with kindness and clarity, expressing your authentic voice without fear.

6. Third Eye Chakra: Located on the forehead, between the eyebrows. It’s the center of intuition, insight, and foresight. This is indigo. Trust your intuition, the inner wisdom that guides you through the dance of life.

7. Crown Chakra: Situated at the very top of the head or just above it. The Crown Chakra is linked to spiritual connection, enlightenment, and universal consciousness. This is violet or white. Connect to the divine, feeling that sense of oneness with the universe, a reminder that you’re part of something much greater.

Evening Reflection:

As you reflect on the day, acknowledge the moments of balance and alignment. Cherish the harmony you’ve cultivated within and around you.

Feel free to share your experiences in our supportive community, uplifting each other as we embrace our divine essence.

Remember, my lovelies, this journey of chakra balancing is a beautiful dance of energy and light within us.

Let’s continue to weave this vibrant energy into the fabric of our daily lives.

With all my love and a heart full of admiration for the incredible women you all are, and a sprinkle of unicorn sparkle farts, of course,

Karen 💖
