Day 3: Awakening Your Creative Essence

Good morning beautiful lovelies! 🌞

As we step into Day 3 of our transformative journey of 30 Days Embracing Your Divine Feminine Essence, we're going to soak ourselves in the river of creativity that flows deep within each of us, but first let's recap on what we've learnt so far:

Day 1 We learnt about a morning meditation, do this every day from now on: morning meditation at the crack of dawn

Day 2: We learnt about self care routines, it's important you don't go stale... keep yourself refreshed. It keeps your brain fresh.

This is day 3... Nature.

Be with nature if you can. Take in the beautiful delicate nature around you that we take for granted every day. This is where I started my day today in the woods. The weather wasn't too cold so I could take my jacket off for a little while. Soaking in the beautiful sunrise peeking through the gaps in the trees.



Here's my step-by-step guide to mindfully engaging with nature, allowing you to connect deeply with the environment


Step 1: Set Your Intention

Before stepping into nature, take a moment to set a compassionate intention for your experience. It might be to observe without judgment, to connect with the peace of the natural world, or to simply be present with whatever arises.


Step 2: Engage Your Senses

As you enter a natural setting, begin to engage each of your senses one at a time:

- Sight: Observe the colors, shapes, and movements around you. Notice the light filtering through leaves, the patterns on bark, or the dance of shadows and light.

- Sound: Close your eyes and tune into the soundscape. Listen to the rustle of leaves, the chirping of birds, or the gentle flow of water. Each sound is a note in nature’s symphony.

- Smell: Inhale deeply and discern the different scents. The earthiness after rain, the fragrance of flowers, or the fresh scent of grass all contribute to nature’s bouquet.

- Touch: Reach out and make contact with your surroundings. Feel the texture of leaves, the roughness of tree bark, or the coolness of a stream. Notice the sensations on your skin.

- Taste: If it’s safe, you might taste a piece of nature, like a fresh berry from a bush. Be mindful of what you ingest, ensuring it’s safe and free from pollutants.


Step 3: Practice Mindful Walking

Walk slowly and deliberately through the natural environment. With each step, be aware of the sensation of movement and the feel of the ground beneath your feet. This mindful walking is a form of moving meditation, grounding you in the present.


Step 4: Compassionate Observation

As you observe the life in nature, practice compassion by recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings. Acknowledge the struggles and triumphs of nature’s inhabitants, from the tiniest ant to the tallest tree, and extend your empathy towards them.


Step 5: Gratitude and Reflection

Find a peaceful spot to sit and reflect on your experience. Consider what nature teaches you about resilience, growth, and impermanence. Cultivate a sense of gratitude for the beauty and lessons nature provides.

Step 6: Carry Nature with You

As you prepare to leave, think about how you can carry the sense of peace, connection, and compassion back into your daily life. Is there a small token a leaf, a stone that you can take with you as a reminder of this connection? (Ensure taking something is respectful and permitted in the area.)


Step 7: Integrate the Experience

After returning from nature, take time to journal or meditate on your experience. Reflect on how the practice affected you emotionally and physically, and how you can integrate these feelings of calm and compassion into your everyday life.


Remember, engaging with nature mindfully and compassionately is not only about appreciating the external world but also about nurturing the inner landscapes of our hearts and minds.

Let's start by setting the stage with some aromatic magic. Drizzle a few drops of Bergamot for a zest of confidence and a whisper of Ylang-Ylang to stir the sensuous rhythms of your heart. Dress in Dreams:


Adorn yourself in hues of turquoise and sea green today. Let these colors wrap you in the serenity of the ocean and the expanse of the sky, reminding you of the infinite canvas your creativity has to play with.


Soulful Melodies:


Craft a playlist that resonates with the essence of powerful songstresses like Stevie Nicks. Let Edge of Seventeen be your anthem today, its stirring notes a call to your inner creative spirit.


Embrace Expression:


Dive into an activity that lights up your soul. Paint, write, craft, or dance...let your heart lead the way. Today, there are no rules, only the pure joy of creation.

Reflect and Revel:


As dusk falls, cozy up with your journal. Reflect on the day's creative escapades. How did it feel to let your inner artist play? What whispers did your soul share in those moments of pure expression?


Today, we honor the creative goddess within, celebrating her in all her glory. It's a reminder that our creativity isn't just a part of us; it's a profound expression of our divine essence.
