Hello my beautiful lovelies! As we delve into Day 16 of our “Awaken Your Inner Goddess in 30 Days” course, we’re about to sprinkle some extra unicorn sparkle farts into our journey.

This week is all about blending a dash of integration and exploration. We’re getting cozy with all the rituals that I have been teaching you to keep us on our toes.

Let’s have a quick recap of the rituals I’ve guided you through so far:

1. Dawn Meditation: Starting our day with a bit of calm and a bucketful of intention. It’s like a warm hug from the universe. Spend those first 10 minutes each morning with my guided meditation to ground yourself and quieten your mind.

2. Sacred Bathing Ritual: This is an everyday must! Showering or bathing not only cleanses your body but also washes away negativity, freshens you up, and wakes you up. Perfect for affirming your greatness amidst the steam and bubbles.

3. Embrace Nature: Dedicate a slice of your day to being outdoors, soaking in nature’s energy. If you’re stuck indoors, just a breeze from an open window can do wonders to connect you with the great outdoors.

4. Meditative Artistry: Grab that morning cuppa and let your pen dance across the page for 10 minutes. No phones, no distractions, just you and your creativity flowing freely.

5. Speed Cleaning: Just 10 minutes a day can transform a space! Tidy an area of your home and watch how it brings clarity not just to your surroundings but to your mind too.

6. Joyful Movement: Whether it’s swaying to the rhythm while cooking dinner or having a mini dance party, make sure you move that gorgeous body of yours for at least 10 minutes a day.

7. Monthly Self-Love Letter: Once a month, pour your heart into a letter to yourself. Reflect on your beauty, your strength, and your dreams.

8. Weekly Chakra Meditation: Keep your energy centers in check with a weekly chakra meditation, aligning and balancing your inner vibes.

9. Nightly Herbal Tea Ritual: Wind down with a cup of herbal tea each night, prepping your body and mind for a restful sleep.

10. Daily Gratitude Journaling: Every night, jot down three things you’re grateful for. It’s a game-changer, trust me!

11. Affirmations: Daily affirmations in the shower can set a powerful tone for your day. Speak your truth, and the universe listens.

12. Moon Cycle Awareness: Keep an eye on the lunar phases and let the moon guide your energy and intentions.

13. Sensual Movement: Once a week, let your body lead the way in a dance or yoga session, embracing your natural grace and wisdom.

14. Mindful Eating: Dive into the world of mindful eating, savoring every bite as an act of love towards your body.

15. Sacred Fire Ceremony: On the full moon, I share knowledge provided to me for a sacred fire ceremony to release the old and make space for the new, my guide was by the wisdom of our cherished shaman Kim and firekeeper Mike from Essential Balance Healing.

Mentor inspiration:

Today, as we embrace the transformative power of energy healing, let’s draw upon the profound wisdom of a revered Native American healer, Fools Crow, a Lakota Sioux holy man known for his deep spiritual practices and healing ceremonies.

Fools Crow believed in the interconnectedness of all life and the power of prayer and intention in healing. He once said,

This powerful sentiment reminds us of the essence of energy healing, be it Reiki or Qi Gong, where the flow of universal energy aids in restoring balance and harmony within us. As we explore these healing techniques today, let’s carry Fools Crow’s words in our hearts, approaching each practice with sincerity and openness, allowing the natural healing energies to guide us toward wholeness and well-being.

His teachings encourage us to see ourselves as part of the greater web of life, where every thought and action contributes to our healing and the healing of the world around us. Let Fools Crow’s wisdom inspire us to embrace energy healing not just as a method of self-care but as a sacred journey of reconnection with the universal life force that binds us all.

Color Whispers:

Make-Up Suggestions:

• Eyes: Today I chose a soft, lavender eyeshadow to evoke the calming influence. Add a hint of shimmering silver to the inner corners to brighten your eyes up.

• Lips: I picked a gentle rose lip color today with my usual light brown lipliner.

• Cheeks: A soft, peachy blush brought me bring a natural, healthy glow to my cheeks.

Outfit Colors:

• Top: I opted for a serene, seafoam green blouse or top, a color that aligns with the heart chakra, encouraging love, healing, and balance.

• Bottom: Pairing it with cream trousers which I thought were grounding colors that harmonize with my intentions to heal and nurture my inner goddess.

• Accessories: Accentuating my outfit with silver jewelry of a pendant that featured a healing stone of amethyst, further enhancing my connection to the day’s energy healing theme.

Scented Serenades:

Focusing on todays theme of Qi Gong and energy flow, the scents for your diffuser could be a harmonizing blend of:

Frankincense: To enhance meditation and balance energy flows.

Sandalwood: For grounding and to promote a calm, serene space conducive to Chi Gong practice.

Lavender: To soothe and relax the mind, aiding in the release of energy blockages.

Together, these oils create a supportive atmosphere for your energy healing and Chi Gong exercises.

Music for the Senses:

For today's music choice, I've picked out "Sweet Harmony" by The Beloved which I intend on listening to while cooking dinner. I thought this 90s classic brought a sense of tranquility and togetherness, perfect for finding balance and joy as I move and cook. Give it a listen and let its peaceful vibes enhance your evening ritual.

Todays Theme:

For today's theme I would like to introduce to you a practice called Qigong.

Qigong, is an ancient Chinese healing practice that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. The concept of “Qi” refers to the life energy or vital force that flows through all living things.

In traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that a balanced and freely flowing Qi is essential to maintain health and well-being.

Heres my step-by-step guide to Qi Gong for Beginners:

1. Find a Quiet Space: Choose a peaceful area where you won’t be disturbed. An open space with fresh air is ideal.

2. Warm-Up: Start with some gentle stretching to loosen your muscles and joints. This prepares your body for the movements.

3. Stable Stance: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Slightly bend your knees and relax your shoulders.

4. Focus on Breathing: Breathe deeply through your nose, allowing your tummy, not chest, to expand as you inhale and contract as you exhale.

5. Begin with Simple Movements: Start with a basic Qi Gong exercise, such as “Balancing Qi,” where you raise your arms slowly as you inhale and lower them as you exhale, imagining you are moving energy along with the movement.

6. End with Meditation: Finish your routine by sitting or standing still. Place your hands on your tummy and meditate by focusing on your breath and the imagining the flow of energy through your body.

7. Close the Practice: Rub your hands together to create warmth, then place them over your eyes. Gently massage your face and then the rest of your body to close off the practice.

For someone who may struggle with the concepts like energy flow, you can think of Qi as being like the air we breathe or the warmth of the sun on our skin l, not always seen, but always felt.

The energy moves through the body in paths called meridians, similar to how blood flows through veins. Kim from Essential Balance Healing works closely with the meridians so she can feel your pulse, this indicates to her if your energy is flowing correctly. She cured my 8 year debilitating depression by unblocking my meridians allowing my energy to flow, this was only after 3 sessions. You should book her for a treatment!

For your first Qi Gong routine, here’s a simple and guided practice:

10-Minute Daily Qigong: Basic Exercises to Awaken Qi on YouTube is an excellent place to start. It’s designed for beginners and will guide you through a series of movements to help you understand and feel the flow of qi in your body.

A song I like to listen to for Qi Gong Practice is

The song “Weightless” by Marconi Union is not only beautiful but has been scientifically tested and shown to reduce stress. It’s an instrumental track that can help you relax and focus on the movement and flow of energy during your Qi Gong practice.

Remember, the goal of Qi Gong is to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, so take it slowly, be patient with yourself, and enjoy the process of learning to sense and move with your body’s energy.

Post your results of your make up, outfit and your Qi Gong session in our facebook group

Till tomorrow my loves,

All my love and tons of unicorn sparkle farts

Karen
