At CelestiCare, the journey started from a place that might be familiar to many - rock bottom. They say it's the best place to start, and for me, this couldn't have been more accurate.

My path unfolded from the depths of immense loss and grief. Losing a daughter plunged me into a profound darkness, a world of deep grief and dark depression. It was in these depths that CelestiCare was born - from my personal quest for healing and understanding.

Every practice, piece of wisdom, and technique you'll discover here stems from my own experiences. These are the tools and insights that have been pivotal in my journey toward healing, toward becoming the best version of myself.
